USB Sticks and NDAC

Any recommendations re USB Sticks for hi-res audio playback through the NDAC front port?
Does it make any difference which ones are used?
Any brands without lights that flash while data being accessed?

I suggest Transend Jetflash T3. They are slim and discrete without any lights. You might want to try using the rear USB port as well if practical. Quite a few people here think it sounds better then the front port.
