Caught my wife in the act - advise needed

Posted by: Sniper on 10 February 2011

I came home very early today and heard strange noises from my bedroom. I entered the room with a sense of dreaful foreboding. There on the bed was my wife listening to Phil bloody Collins on MY laptop! What should I do?

I can't help feel a sense of disappointment after reading the title, then post

If he were still here I would have advised getting ROTF to send your misses a stern e-mail!

It could be worse it might have been jazz she was listening to.

Buy her a laptop.

1. Get the autograph.

2. Call the Sun.

3. Rub the dome with your elbow for good luck.

4. PC isn't that bad. Remember it could've been Lloyd bloody Webber's stuff.

Twice as bad she was using your laptop! Take her to hear some decent music and gently wean her off.

Send her a fax.

Obvious opportunity to get her to listen to the main system, appreciate its virtues and agree the next upgrade...

How terrible, you must be in a state of shock. I recommend that you place her over your knee and give her a bloody good spanking. It won't stop her abusing your lap top and it could encourage her to use it more. But at least it will be fun.

Not that I would do this of course as my parnter is bigger than me and she would do it back. May be that was too much information?

I bought a laptop for her some time ago which makes the betrayal all the more painful. As I sit here typing on my abused laptop I can't help wondering what other horrors have been played upon it. I mean what if she's been playing Michael Bolton behind my back? Marriage is all about give and take and forgiveness. I've told her I am willing to forgive and forget but somehow I think things will never be quite the same between us. Time is a great healer I am told.

Give and take?  I have to go to Wembley with SWMBO to watch Brentford, certainly above and beyond.

Once I even accompanied her to a Phil Collins concert, if only it were a Genesis one?

Well to be fair I'm not sure she always want's to do all the things we do together.

Give and take? Yeah I'll go with that.

It could have been much worse, I caught mine listening to Daniel O'Donnell, she admitted that it had been going on for some time.

Full Ahead,

I feel for you. You remind me that no matter how unfortunate one feels there is always someone much worse off and this put one's own misfortune into perspective.
