Uniti 1 iRadio retune

Posted by: Amer on 17 September 2013

Hi, sorry if this request is basic, but I am when it comes to streamed radio.

As an added station, I had got my Uniti 1 (earliest model, no upgrades) to stream music from Whirl-y-gig radio, a club I go to that plays a range of dance music.  I changed ISP from BT to Virgin and it has started saying that the station is no longer available.  I have changed the provider and wi-fi pass word, the Uniti confirms it is connected and other internet radio stations work, but this one still doesn't.  I have noticed that Whir-y radio has changed its http address, but I have read and re-read the manual but can't work out how to reinstall all the settings for this station to put in the revised address.

Please can anyone help?

Many thanks

I guess you could try to use the web page http://naim.vtuner.com and add your favourite station with the changed details as a new station (see the section 7.4 in the manual how to do it).

Thanks Osprey, since posting this problem I have checked with my dealer, and they also checked with Naim, what you suggest seems to be only option.  What puzzles me and all the others is how I managed to put in an additional station without any problem the first time round, with no reference to the naim.vtuner.com !  It appears I shouldn't have been able to do it.

Thanks again.

Best wishes Amer
