NDX Faulty

I got my NDX with FM last June and after a week of operation encountered an error, fault 11 (32KHz XTAL). Unit was returned to the dealer in July and shipped back to Naim for replacement. Received the replacement on August and recently has another error showing whenever I turn it on, fault 10 (Radio module Comms). Did the turn off and on thing and wait 30 minutes, it worked the first time but now I'm losing hope. Already contacted the dealer and hope to receive some good news within the week. What I hate is the waiting time when shipped back to Naim as it usually takes around a month.
