ndx got one channel working,after upgrade from 3.17 to 3.21

ndx has got one channle working ,i try phono rca ,it is ok.

any friend can tell me what's problem with ndx

i should bring ndx to the dealer ,but i cannot by some reason.

please help me

sorry ,din sokets has got only one channel,but beside the phono is ok.

I'm not an NDX user but maybe verify your DIN lead has not become damaged or gone open circuit. The update is unlikely to cause a loss of channel, did you need to disconnect and/or move the unit before/after the update?

I'm sure some NDX owner will be along soon...

thanks to your reply.ndx is a great source.we could find a lot fun from the ndx.

yes ,before upgrade ,i move the din cable from the ndx, and finish the upgrade ,i connect agin,maybe i got the incorect position into the din socket。this couse one channel dead？

i do the factory setting,and only one channel have sound as the same before.

maybe din sokets is damaged?

can i upgrade again from 3.21 to 3.21?

Have you tested continuity of the DIN lead? Can you swap a lead and re-test?

I would not recommend running the 3.21 update just yet, that seems unlikely and no other NDX owner has reported this after s/w upgrade to my knowledge. For support give your dealer a call, maybe he/she can loan a new lead or suggest further things. DO NOT open the box.
