How to set up nd5xs handset source selection

How far did you get?

Connect your ND5XS with you preamp using a 3.5 mm socket in both ends.

Enable System Automation. Spanner button on the remote. Under the Setup -> System Automation. Select 'Enabled'.

System Automation -> Streamer Audio. Select the preamp input your ND5XS is connected to, for example 'Pre Tuner'.

Now you'll need to enable or disable each input individually through their respective menu under System Automation. You can also rename the inputs. If you have a CD Player go in under System Automation -> Preamp -> Pre CD and select 'Enabled'

As above. But as far as I can remember, anything beyond whats described above is not necessary as the defaults are pretty standard, so you should be set up to go once the input selection is sorted.

I have connected ND5XS with my preamp using a stereo cable with a 3.5 socket in one end and 2 jackets connected with a 'jacket-to-3,5 socket' - connecter in the other end.

System Automation > Preamp > enabled

System Automation > Streamer Audio Input used > Pre CD

That's what I already did and I can controll the volume using handset or n-stream

I now want to use the ND5XS handset to control the buttons cd-tuner-tape-av-aux1-aux2 on my preamp. But I can't find these in the System Automatiion list. When I go to Advanced Setup I do see system codes that I can change. The do not seem to effect the handset controll.

So here I'm stuck.
