Manual IP Adresssetting Not possible on iPad

I can set a static IP address on my iPad in Settings->Network.

I am running iOS 5.1.1

I'm running iOS 7.02

In the wifi connection settings (click the circled i)  you can choose static instead of dhcp.

In the static tab you can manually set the ip-address and other network settings

You want to set an IP address for your uniti product? Do that on front of the unit.

I want to Set it like on the pic above under ip adress. On the iPhone its possible but Not on the iPad

Or give a reserved IP-address to your Unity2 in your router/dhcp server.

that way it will also always be assigned the same address. Effect is same as static address and don't have a risk in creating a wrong setting.

Hicasa is saying that when he goes into n-stream on his Ipad the autoconnection to his Naimuniti2 fails to connect. So he wants to switch off the autoconnection tab in n-stream and type in the static ip address of his Naimuniti2 into the ip address field within the n-stream app so that it finds it.

I too have found difficulty in getting this to work on n-stream on the Ipad.

@WAT: you know where or how to bring it to the Naim support?
