Naim HDX refuses to start

My NAIM HDX doesn't start !

I can't hear the disks initializing, and the screen doesn't display anything.

The Naim logo is correctly lighting.

I powered it on and off many times.

Any Idea?

maybe try without the link plug.

I would rather you switched off, try removing and then re-fitting the link plug - then switch on and try. I have copied this thread to Naim's Tech Support.

Sadly mine did that - back to Salisbury for a major rebuild. Fortunately FOC.

Could be a flat battery. And I am not kidding!!!

Have a word with Naim tech support &/or your dealer.
