Nstream problem

I don't believe that there is much you can do but wait it to appear back (the problem probably lies in the vTuner end). Others have also had problems, see e.g. the below threads:

iRadio disappeared or Naim Choice blank on NDX

I don't currently have the Naim's Choice either. It disappeared also yesterday but came back later in the evening.

I couldn't get any iradio this morning (but could play from the NAS drive) so I suspect it's a general issue (vtuner?). Keep waiting - it'll come back eventually...

How about speeding up the service?

While on the whinge, how about offering a search by streaming rate on N-Stream?

This reminds me - my dealer told me that the ND5 XS cannot have the FM/DAB module retro-fitted - is this right?

Nickpeacock, I have heard the same for the NDX when I enquired. But I really can't see why this should be so.. I know it's involved, not like replacing the streamer board, but I'd be suprised if it really is not possible at all.. If you find out it can be done I think I will upgrade my NDX, if only for the DAB tuner for Radio 5 Live.. Living where I do my broadband is slightly too unreliable to rely on for web radio streaming.. Resync interruptions in a football game are really irritating.

Of course I'll keep my beloved NAT03 for FM duties.

Ok, thanks for letting me know.. Perhaps it's a different motherboard  for the radio option.
