Audiophiles - What's Your Favourite Cake?

Well, we 'audiophiles' might as well be honest about it.....

Mine is a simple lemon sponge cake with lemon drizzle icing made by my daughter. It is fresh and tasty and It doesn't linger on the breath, according to my teenage son.
