Album Artwork not showing (new user) on nStream

I have a brand new Unitilite, a QNAP TS212 drive (one month old) and the most recent version of nStream. I am using the QNAP as my iTune Media folder.

I have noticed that, everytime the artwork for any given album is obtained using the "Get Album Artwork" iTune command, it just does not show on nStream. But, everytime I manually get the artwork off the web and attach it myself to the related album on iTune, then the artwork is visible on nStream.

Can anyone shed light on this? My set-up is so common there must be a standard solution to this? Having said that, it could be an issue with how the QNAP NAS communicates with iTune, and not necessarily how nStream reads off the QNAP. I am saying that because when I open QNAP music station, I get the same exact issue that I have on nStream: I can't see any artwork obtained from the iTune command, but I can see all the one obtained manually off the web.
