Wrong version updated!

Hi, hope that someone can help to the subject. Today I wanted to update my ND5xs to latest version. I made a terrible mistake. Instead of downloading 3.22 I "updated" the ND5 to 3.9.  I want to fix but the display message is kind of frozen " Please wait resetting network". Turning on and off doesn't change. I tried to install version 3.22, but the installer can't find the IP address. Remote control gets no access to the system. Is there a way to reset the system  or are there other recommendations. Any kind of help is highly appreciated .
