Please a little help with Apple.

Good evening,

I am the proud owner of a SuperUniti and I agree the sound is great but I need some advice on using Apple AirPort Express and to make it work with the NetGear wndr 4000. So how do I connect the Airport Express to Superuniti? And what do have to do with the NetGear Router? And will it play High Res via Wi-Fi? Later I will get the Airport Extreme but the first change will be the Apple AirPort Express. I know cable will be better but that’s not possible in my situation.

Thanks,

Chris

How fast should the WiFi Router be to be able to work with High Res Audio 24/192 ?

Oh I don't know, maybe Video Station would do it?

But my reply was to Bart who was asking for something free. If he has a Synology then he has already paid for their software.

i have no direct experience of the apps you mention, however for a couple of quid plex is hard to beat.

Plex is free (other than the $4.99 iOS app, and I did say that I was cheap!).  I've not tried Audio Station either; I've been complacent with iTunes Match.
