Album/Artist not always present in Twonky or Minim

I am using both Minim Server and Twonky on a QNAP 219. I have realised that some music displays in N-Stream using Twonky but not using Minim and vice versa. Any ideas?

Did you tried to reset every device in chain which might cause that to happen?

Cant comment on twonky but minim didnt recognise all of my music, and I believe thats because it wasn't tagged properly. I used musicbrainz picard, and this tagged 99% of my music correctly and thus n-stream recognises the files.
