firmware 3.22

hi im trying to update to firmware 3.22, it keeps coming up with error, device failed to communicate, i noticed it says ...if using the usb port you may need to install drivers? where do i get these drivers, any help is welcome ...the system is mac osx 10.6.8 cheers paul

in the download package with the updated I think there is a PDF file with instructions And links to the various drivers in there.

3.22 is the first update I haven't bothered to load in two years - because I couldn't see it added anything useful to me. Does it have a hidden upgrade in SQ or something?

Firmware version 3.22 is now available to download and apply to all Naim streaming products.

The new firmware fixes an intermittent issue some customers have been experiencing with gapless playback and a minority of internet radio stations.
