Firmware 3.22 update frozen

Hi would really appreciate some help I have got 60% through updating ARM code and PC plus my NDX have been frozen for 40 mins on 60% complete with 4947 lines sent and one retry. I am reluctant to press abort any suggestions?

NO guarantees . . . but 3.22 seems pretty forgiving. I mistakenly aborted the update too soon, and was able to restart from the beginning. My guess is that if you restart it will be OK. Or, you'll "brick" it. But then, it's not of much use to you in the current state anyway.

If it were me I'd try restarting the process.

It would now appear to bricked as Bart eloquently put it after aborting 90 mins after it froze. The NDX appears frozen with the firmware update message still in place. Have tried to restart the update without success with the NDX frozen now switched it off for the night in the unlikely hope that it may reset.

However I suspect the most likely outcome is a call to Steven Hopkins on monday
