2014 F1 Season.

Not too good a start with what had happened to Schumy.

There is also even sadder news with the announcement of engine builder Brian Harts passing.

Blimey that is really horrible.

I'm quite enjoying seeing all these different designs. Just think: with no sponsorship on, each different manufacturer's cars can be spotted easily. When could we last say that?

If I were Ferrari I would rather not enter the championship than field such a monstrosity.

The 2014 Red Bull, without sponsorship

Toro Rosso looks OK. Apart from the massive penis sticking out the front of it.

Massive?  :/

Sauber's version.

Surprised nobody's mentioned the return of the Kamui Kobayashi. I was disappointed he didn't get a drive last year, IMO, the most exiting driver in F1. A true racer, unlike the majority of today's drivers who simply play the long game.

Don't know how competitive the Caterham will be, but I'd love to see him mixing it with the front runners.

The most "exiting"? I hope not!

I seem to remember he needed to calm down a bit, or am I getting mixed up?

Oh, my little Kamikaze Samurai. どうもありがとうございます

彼は、彼らがあまりにも大きいペニスを持っていると考えている

Oh and Arigato to you too...

Unlike it's senior team, where the massive penis drives the car.

I can remember a time when if a car just looked 'right' it was probably fast enough. This just looks 'wrong' - maybe it will look better when Kimi has bent it a bit.

All down hill after this - the year I was born.  I had a model of it as a kid.

Holy Cow. That is ugly!

Why do I have the feeling it won't be easy to beat this car in 2014? Again...

But he hasn't avoided the ant eater design. Take a look at the side view.

LOL

No, you're not getting mixed up.

I predict he'll be exciting and do a fair bit of exiting.

Agreed. One of the most beautiful cars ever. There was a downside to this elegant design however. Haven't seen a 25 myself but have seen a GP Lotus 21 ( I think that was the number ) and its all driver, fuel tanks, engine, and four wheels in a very very compact package. Head and shoulders high with a little roll bar. Doing a 150 MPH plus in one of those will give you religion. Add others racing in close proximity and well....

You can still watch them race, wheel to wheel, at the Goodwood Revival. I have my eyes closed for most of the time.

Agreed. And in the perfect color for a race car!

Only if you are Italian?

Mclaren MP 4/4 is one of my non real Lotus faves. Maybe a Lotus 49 or 79.

Another vote for Lotus 79
