n-serve unitiserve locking up

I get fantastic sound from the UnitiServe but n-serve locks up seemingly every week or two. Says offline via any version of n-serve and desktop client but the Radio Paradise stream continues...could be my network but haven't changed anything except iOS7 on Apple devices but is getting worse. Re-launched the apps but nothing...can reboot but getting old. UnitiServe has latest update. Any suggestions from my Naim brethren?

I had similar problems with my US - apps on all Apple devices went offline. Usually fixed by re starting the US (touch the front logo to power down vetc). Annoying! Then the unit died - no power at all. Turned out to be the little external power supply box that comes with the US. Replaced with new one, and so far so good( touch wood). I'm not much of a techie, but from what I could gather from the dealer, the faulty box was possibly causing the going offline problems - something about voltage fluctuations..?
