Design change on the NDX?

Is it just me, or does the screen on this NDX look bigger than it should?
I think thats an NDS
That's what it looks like, but not what the image or the youtube video says? Here's a link to the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sj66nqRv2c0
Also, the screen on these two NDX's that was sold on a popular auction site seems larger than usual: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Naim-NDX-Media-Player-/301001786138?nma=true&si=CM8VBLiKap%252Fa9axOw4XZrhEXAsI%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557
Interesting observation. This appears to be bigger and the same size as the Superuniti/ND5XS. On a related note, I wonder if the current shipments of NDX has USB ports for upgrades instead of RS-323 ?

I think you're right Gary. IIRC the display is the same size but the window in front is bigger.

If you look at the second ebay link of a sold NDX, the unit does not appear to have the RS-323 port, but rather an USB port for updates. The serial indicates a 2012 build on that unit.

But what about the video and the two NDX's that were sold on ebay? They all have the larger screen and are NDX's, not NDS's?
Looks like they made the window bigger on later NDXs. My old 2011 vintage NDX had a smaller window.
Seems like that newer generation ndx have that bigger screen and usb-port instead. Got my ndx some months ago and it already was a "facelifted" one.
A pity that they made only the window bigger, and not the screen. It would have helped to have 7 instead of 5 lines. This way you have only fatter "cinemascope" bars on top and bottom...
I have to say that I prefer the new looks. The frame of the display now aligns with the buttons nicely. But of course it is the performance that matters most and I guess that remains unchanged.
