nServe, Asset UpNp and multidisc album numbering

Hi

I have tried everything and not got a solution.  What I would like is nServe to show is a single album where each track is shown with both a disc number and a track number and is ordered correctly.  I can get it to show two albums, disc 1 and disc2, and I can get it to show a single album with both discs' tracks numbered sequentially but no reference to two discs.  Asset says it is passing the info but nServe seems to ignore it?

n-Serve is designed to work with Naim servers.  Asset doesn't run on Naim servers.  Something is amiss.

Naim servers do not seem to use the 'disk x of y' metadata.  I would prefer that they do, but they don't.  I have to turn a 3-cd box set into what looks like, on the server, one giant cd.  Either that, or add the cd number to the album name.  That's just how it is, at the moment.

My mistake, I meant nStream the control point software!

I think it's metadata that Naim just doesn't use/support right now.  "Album Artist" does not seem to be used (only Album, and Artist), nor the Disk X of Y data.

Album Artist seems to work from Asset to nStream for me, I have it set up as one of the tree elements and it seems to populate correctly, but you may well be right with the Disc# format.
