Blu Ray Pure Audio?

I've just come across this format that's new out, while searching for George Michael's new album, that's going to be available on this format. I have a uniti2 that I stream flac from nas to.

I take it i could rip this disc like a DVD and then have the music streamed?

Anyone had any experience of doing this with this new format?

I've got a couple of these and have successfully ripped them using DVD Audio Extractor. However, one was copy-protected so first I needed to use Slysoft's Any DVD HD to strip off the protection.

The sound quality of both is really excellent but then I haven't got copies of their CD equivalents to compare with.

Hi, so was that ripped into 192khz at 24bit?

One's 24/192, the other's 24/96.

I'm hoping the output will diversify to offer more Hires material from more labels. The bulk of what has been announced/released so far can be sourced elsewhere. But it's early days. I have ripped one audio Bluray without difficulties.
