An interesting article expressing a slightly extreme view in my view. I can't imagine anyone on here would seek to replace their collection of music with spotify and do some of his concerns are unlikely to apply. I use it to listen to new music, try before I buy so to speak, and I use very large playlists for background music or parties for which its great. For serious listening I stream my own flac files though. It works very well for my purposes and it is damned useful when I go on holiday for music by the pool
