Another QNAP/TWONKY ISSUE.....help!!!

Posted by: JohnL on 19 February 2014

Hi all,

I am using Db Poweramp to feed a QNAP 212 feeding an NDX. I recently re-ripped my entire collection putting artists name in front of album title in order to group artists albums together (deleting previous files as I went along). This has, by and large worked. However I am left with a number of seemingly "ghost" entries on the N Stream (for instance a single track from an album, no artwork) When I open this it says "track not available". I cannot find any trace of these in folders stored on the QNAP. Has anyone got any ideas on this one ?, it's driving me nuts. Any help, greatly appreciated (I am a very non computer type person so as simple as possible please). Many thanks John

Celar the cache and the upnp cache on nstream in your iPad and evventually restart the iPad,

Also in twonky restart the server and clear the cache.

This solved the problem to me!

Hi Lorenzo,

Thanks for that. Where will I find the "clear cache" in Twonky/QNAP (sorry, not very good with these things). Thanks John

Open the qnqp interface on your browser under application activate Twonky and go to advanced settings page, there you will find the CLEAR CACHE and RESCAN CONTENT FOLDER and also RESTART SRVER.
