Streamer board upgrade to resolve internet radio dropout ?

Just a purely hypothetical question. (I am not sure if Naim will even go there)

If Naim works on upgrading the streamer board to resolve the internet radio dropout, would you be willing to pay for it ?

Thought I already did; but yes, I would.

If the current board  turns out to be faulty, I doubt Naim will charge to replace it. In the UK that would also be questionably lawful.

if it's a performance improvement, then it's a different matter.

I cannot say it is faulty but it falls short of being able to do what it is supposed to do. While not everyone faces this problem (fallout when streaming 320k iradio stations via wired connection), there are many who does. This problem is consistent and repeatable.

This has nothing to do with user friendliness of the software, quality of sound etc where it can be subject of different interpretation.
