Joni Mitchell remasters are HDCD as are Roxy Music.

I'd not recommend the Roxy HDCD remasters. Get the latest flat transfers in the latest box set, they sound like they were supposed to sound.

The issue isn't so much where to get them - which is 'anywhere CDs are sold' - it's finding out which CDs are HDCD encoded and which aren't, because they are rarely advertised as such (either by retailers or even sometimes on the packaging). Thankfully, plenty of our forebears have compiled lists you may find useful:

If these aren't available via the usual outlets, then they're probably deleted. Give the second hand outlets a try.
