I like listening to Naim Radio but there is a problem I can't solve on my own . . .
I use an iMAC
For about a week now, when I click on Naim Radio, the music is played at a faster speed than normal ( like a record that should be at 33rpm at 78rpm ) and it crackles. When I play Radio Paradise everything is fine.
What can I do to rectify the problem?

Others seem to suffer this issue also (see the recent treads on this subject). The problem is likely to be at Naim's end and hopefully they'll fix it soon.

Thank you osprey and Steve
I hope the problem is solved soon
Also I would like to congratulate Naim Audio R & D on their latest products and staying on top of the competition. Its an exciting year for us listeners too.

Just in case you haven't noticed Naim Radio is now back in full form.

I recently emailed support asking how to setup the Additional radio stations because it didn't look obvious. Well I got an excellent reply back and even though the method is slightly Klunky it works beautifully and you can pick out the 320k stations and they sound surprisingly good.
Thank you NAIM and NAIM support.
