Hi Some of you may be aware that spotify is now free,I would like to get some tips on using it best speakers is it worth up grading,I think it is a very good medium and it's free regards.

Hi Rupert - it would be worth asking in the Streaming Audio section (or if Richard could move this thread)

It depends what you want to do with Spotify, do you want to listen to it on your PC speakers, through headphones or listen through the main Hi-Fi system ?

Knowing what your requirements are would be a good start.

When you say Spotify is now free, what do you mean exactly? I pay £9.99 per mth. for the Premium service which includes 320kbps bitrate streaming and other features. I know there is a free service which streams at a lower bitrate but also includes advertisements.
