Sonos and DAC V1

I use a wire world optical between the two.

I'm really pleased with it. 

It really is very good and the best bit is the sonos software and spotify integration. 

I did have a linn ds for a while and sold it - the software fell over a lot with airplay. It might have been my network but even with lots of tinkering and it kept doing so.

I found that sonos and the V1 dac is very stable,sounds really good and is a doodle to use. I really don't care what a server is at all.

I also decided that there are going to be many more changes in digital music and as time goes on i could change the sonos as a player for something else

What I would like to do is use Spotify only from my Nexus 7 Android, into the Connect and then to the V1, with no PC at all, is this possible?

i've added spotify to the sonos

all control is via iPad 

an apple use so i know nothing about windows or android!
