Folder names when browsing Asset UPnP, compatibility mode

My current setup includes NDX and a QNAP NAS (TS-419P II). QNAP came with Twonky pre-installed but this proved to be a very disappointing piece of software, so I got from dBpoweramp Asset UPnP for QNAP, which work really with one exception, namely when I want to perform advanced search on n-Stream with the compatibility mode off (disabled) and go to "folders and files" the folder names are truncated to the first word of their names which is highly iritating as my (rather huge, I admit) collection is arranged in such a way that I have for example a folder called "Beethoven", and then subfolders with names like "Beethoven - Symphony 1 - Karajan, BPO" etc... Now all that I can see is just about 300 subfolders all named "Beethoven" and on the other hand if I enable the compatibility mode, I lose various functionalities like playlists... I did contact the Asset people and they told me that - according to them - the problem is definitely with n-Stream... Can you fix it, please? Tell me how to fix it? All in all getting my NDX to work seems a rather frustrating experience and if one produces such a great piece of equipment, shouldn't one put more effort into software (control centres, UPnP software, apps)?

Kind regards

Sorry, Econjp, I can't say I've noticed this with my Asset installation (albeit not on a NAS).  I suggest you ask on the Asset forum - Mr Spoon is pretty good!

Thanks, Gavin B... My Asset Control, installed on my PC, does not have a problem with that... Would not like to report on Mr Spoon but it was him who sent me to Naim... ;-) Another interesting (?) thing is that although one is supposed to browse "files and folders" (or the other way round) when it gets to files (regardless of the mode) it does not show the file name but the imbedded album title, which for some strange reason with disc images is often the name of just one movement... Tedious...

All the best
