Hi use this a lot I have lot of problems with pcs so have to keep reinstalling it I bought it so what's the problem with them down loading it they have locked my retrievele ,As anybody as this problem,Are there any other brands as good regards

I would email the company and explain your problem, they are very helpful.

Once you have downloaded, keep a backup copy so you don't need to do it again.
