Things you know that you think others might want to know

And it will disconnect after a different time if you change the settings.
I also sometimes use my UQ2 as a source for my main SN1 system. I've been working around the disconnect-after-5-minutes, by not muting my UQ2, but rather by just turning the volume way down.
Hungryhalibut, I'm curious. What setting are you referring to that changes the 5 minute interval?
I'm going to have to check this out because mine has never disconnected and I'm pretty sure I have it permanently muted although I have the speaker amp section turned off if that makes any difference?
That's right, it's only an issue if the UQ2 speaker outputs are engaged. I do have desktop speakers for the UQ2. But sometimes, I want to play iRadio through my main SN1 system, via the UQ2 digital out to the SN1's dac input. It would be too much trouble to enable/disable the UQ2s speaker output every time. So for now, I just work around the issue by reducing the UQ2's volume to the point that it's inaudible.

Settings, inputs, iRadio, auto disconnect. Hopefully this will resolve the issue. Mine's set to never, though if you mute the system I think it does interrupt the stream. I've never found it to be an issue.
Whenever I get the dreaded "streamer not found" message (usually my NDX not my Muso), or that helicopter blade thing that revolves just too damned long on my Naim app, I delete the app and reinstall it.... then the streamer suddenly appears and I'm off and listening again.
Thanks HH. I checked my IRadio Auto Disconnect setting, and it was already set to Never. So I can confirm that Mute, when the speaker outputs are enabled, will always disconnect in 5 minutes, regardless of the setting of Auto Disconnect.
In a perfect world, there would be a separate setting for Auto Disconnect when Muted.
But it's no big deal, as I just set the volume down when I want the UQ2 to be an iRadio source to my main system only. In fact, you can set the volume all the way down to 0, and it will not disconnect every 5 minutes.
