Playlists

Has anyone had any experience using Playlist Creator. If so where did you get the download.

I downloaded it from Oddgravity and despite rejecting all other software included in the download Playlist Creator could not be installed. It also caused problems with my Windows7 which resulted in having to use Windows Restore. Any advice would be appreciated.
