Posted by: CFMF on 03 June 2014

This report confirms that WTC Building 7 was brought down by controlled demolition, contrary to the US government's official claim that it was brought down by fire...

You do understand why they called the first cloned animal "Dolly" don't you?

Just as sure as there are genetically modified tomatoes, there was a cloned sheep called Dolly!

Spooky!

Yes, Dolly was the first 'healthy' cloned animal, but she soon deteriated with a series of illnesses, arthritus at the age of  4, and then was diagnosed with progressive lung disease before she reached 7 years of age. Then she was unceremoniously euthanised in the same lab that where she was born.

So who is that playing on stage at Glosto?

"The cell used as the donor for the cloning of Dolly was taken from a mammary gland, and the production of a healthy clone therefore proved that a cell taken from a specific part of the body could recreate a whole individual. On Dolly's name, Wilmut stated "Dolly is derived from a mammary gland cell and we couldn't think of a more impressive pair of glands than Dolly Parton's".[1]

Well Winky, that's because the government built school system in America doesn't teach critical thinking - students are not taught HOW to think, they are taught WHAT to think.

And what they are taught is slavish obedience to the coproro-government misinformation machine, which is just as disingenuous as those that you outline in your post.

I think you over-estimate the degree of complicity/malfeasance in the implementation of US schooling. What you're suggesting is scarcely less a conspiracy than the truthers would like you to believe. I believe that the school system is, by and large, doing a good job. OK, I'm veiwing from a Canadian perspective (we have two boys - 11 and 13) in the system. They are well taught. Their teachers are no more members of a conspiracy than I am. If anything, the agenda is often more uncritically liberal than I would like ("Lets all have solar powered cars and save the Pandas!").

Seriously George? You have to be f***ing kidding me, when the EU (especially Germany & Britain) are practically the US' lapdogs vis-a-vis NATO - and I don't say that from a "proud American and we're the best at everything" perspective.  I would LOVE to see Merkel and Cameron, along with many others, tell us to to go f**k ourselves.  The US is a blight on the world stage in foreign affairs...and it is also the biggest terrorist organization on earth.  Hands down more civilians have died in the past 15 years as a result of the USA than Al-CIAda has - even if you spot them the WTC deaths.

That's why both your countries, (Canada & UK) along with countless others, go along with FATCA.  If you don't know what that is, look it up, because it is costing YOU money at YOUR bank, even if your bank has nary a branch or office in the USA.  But because we have the world's reserve currency, we can get away with this crap.  (That gets us much more than our military ever could - but the military is there to enforce the currency, because without it, our politicians and their backers lose their power.)

In fact here's a CBC article on FATCA, showing what bullcrap it is:

http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/...crosshairs-1.2493864

Fed, ECB, IMF - it's all the same club.  And whoever controls the currency controls the government, the education systems, and the media.  And the Fed in particular has severely overplayed its hand  - the US is insolvent...and they know it.  That is why they are getting even more desperate, both in monetary as well as foreign affairs.

Please - tell the USA to go jump in the lake, and shove our alleged "exceptionalism" where the sun never shines.

I'll leave it to someone wittier and more able to cut to the actual chase answer for me:

DrMark,

While there may be some truth to your view, I don't find the situation as direly pessimistic as you make it sound here. US schools certainly attempt to teach students to be functional members of society, and why shouldn't they? What would be a more appropriate end? A deviation from societal norms? I do not think schools are teaching slavish obedience to a larger conspiratory institution.

Critical thinking may not be at the forefront of curriculum through secondary schools, but it comes into play at the university level. And schools should not be held solely responsible for the development of critical thinking. Parents and the culture at home are responsible as well.

I was very pleased the UK MPs took that stand, but that had nearly nothing to do with why we didn't invade, which was because the former head of the KGB politically and diplomatically completely outmaneuvered the buffoons in our state dept & executive branch.

JoeRand - I may have a little perspective on this that the average 40+ Naim Forum member doesn't, having just completed a terminal degree in 2011 - however I must run off and go to work because I have a massive student loan to pay off!  I will try to share my experience later...

Hahahahhahaa!!  So some evil cartel at the heart of American government planning to conduct the most heinous act in the history of their country included a female BBC newsreader in their plot?

It's this kind of thing that gives conspiracy theorists a bad name.

The building should not have collapsed from a fire, but it collapsed. Why?

Was it well enough built? Many buildings are not built to specification and stand till some disaster finds a weakness in construction.

Was the building weakened by the short range shaking of the collapse if the Twin Towers? Did something heavy land on it? Was the design faulty, even if it was perfectly compliant to the regulations of building?

Lots of questions and no answers for certain, but the bald fact is that WTC 7 collapsed for whatever reason.

To construct a theory that it was demolished in controlled fashion even it that were possible in the roughly twelve hour period concerned [and it isn't] would have to name names and make clear the motive of gain for the perpetrators.

Occam's Razor is a very useful tool in the absence of evidence to disprove Occam's simplest solution that can be made from the evidence available, even if this evidence is pock-marked with early failures of human endeavour such as the BBC reporting of the collapse before the event.

ATB from George

Ok... you sucked me back in to this.

3 Buildings collapse in an identical manner, and in a manner inconsistent to what would be expected based on the phenomenon they were exposed to. Not just a kind of similar manner... an identical manner. And one of those buildings wasn't even hit by an aircraft.

That's enough for me to call bullish%t. Sorry. It just is.

And you really can't connect any dots as to whom could have possibly benefitted from the events of 9/11. Really?

Were these buildings constructed in an identical manner?  Would they therefore share identical strengths and weaknesses?

It was fire that weakened and brought down the twin towers, not aircraft strikes and it was fire that brought down the nearby building.

For the BBC conspiracy theorists, the reporter some years later...

The Brits certainly are the foremost lapdogs of the USA. Just an old empire, sadly in decline, that still wants to matter in world affairs. Bush 2 declared "You're either with us or you're against us". Sadly, GB and the other NATO countries including Canada, and their fawning corporate media outlets, chose to run with the big dog.

I completely agree with Dr. Mark, in that the USA is the #1 terrorist country on this small planet.

Sad but true...
