Qobuz via DAC

Being a rookie when it comes to streaming, I'm struggling with Qobuz via my Young DAC into my 282. I usually use the DAC between my CD player and the 282 without any trouble. However, when I plug it into my MacBook Pro, which is happily playing Qobuz through its internal speakers or headphones, it seems to stop the stream. Do I need to download something to my MacBook to allow it to interface with my DAC? Any help would be appreciated.

Is your MacBook running Mavericks (OSX 10.9)? If so, the driver for the Young DAC is not compatible with it. M2 Tech are working on a solution and recommend that you stay on OSX 10.8

Thanks Jan-Erik. Yes, it was, but this afternoon Young released the new compatible driver so all is now hunky dory - have to say Qobuz via the Young into the 282 and the 250 sounds astounding.

Well that was fast ; glad to hear it all worked out. We Canadians are slated to get Qobuz this fall, so I hear. Meanwhile Rdio is providing great service, at no charge.
