Help-- can't figure out how to get n-serve out of shuffle mode

Posted by: Will on 17 June 2014

Running a Unitiserve through n-DAC to the rest of the system, controlling it all with the n-Serve iOS app.  For the last few days when I play an album it is played in random order rather than sequentially.  This is not simply a matter of me accidentally pressing the "Shuffle all tracks" button rather than the "play all tracks" button-  I've very carefully pressed the "play all tracks" button and the first track (meaning track number 1 of the album) plays, but the next track isn't number 2 but is some other random track.

I'm assuming I've somehow put the n-serve app into randomiser/shuffle mode, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to get it back to regular mode so I can play my albums in the order the artist intended.  Can anybody help me?

Nevermind.  I figured it out.  I was able to turn off the shuffle mode in the OS X version of the n-Serve app on my Macbook Pro.  There's an obvious shuffle icon on the upper right part of the screen that was on when I started the app.  Clicked it, and all was well.  FWIW, I couldn't find a similar icon in the iOS version of the app on my iPhone....

Hi Will,
On iphone when the track is playing tap the centre of your iphone screen.this will drop down a little panel with some track info, format, buffer ect.at the bottom of the panel you will find the shuffle on the left and a repeat icon to the right.
