Is there a max length for hdmi cables i am looking at around 9m

Would i lose quality

Well, just did a websearch. Longest HDMI I could find was 50m. You'd probably be looking at a 10m cable (much cheaper).

As to loss of quality, I'll leave others to answer that, but perhaps this link would help?

I' ve had good results and service from ukhdmi. Their better cables are rated up to 20m.

I've used 15m HDMI cables in the past with no issues.
