How to get it? The support link on itunes points to naim main page. I've asked a question here and didn't get an answer till now. As I had an issue with PlugPlayer I was able to post it immediately on their dedicated support forum and got an answer a couple of hours later (I think due to the time zones diffs). The problem was resolved within next day and scheduled for the next release. I'm expecting this kind of interaction from Naim. I've suggested several months ago dedicated customer support forum for posting issues and RFE - could we expect something similar? It seems to me that there is no support for the app(s) at the moment, which is very disappointing for commercial apps.

Thanks Paul - I couldn't find the topic you mentioned, even I was sure it was placed as sticky topic here. Anyway, I find more natural to use the support link, so thanks for changing that!

Top left, recent activity page, Naim Forums, you make a good point it should be easier from the app store also.

I've got it - thanks! What about dedicated support forum for these apps - I find it very useful to search for existing issues / tips prior to contact support or just to find something helpful or new - perhaps this could be arranged by using the software for this forum in background. For example, I think that my issue with my iphone 4 should has been discussed several times, because it depends on the multi-tasking - now I was able to find a solution by myself but after new restore of the phone, several hours searching google and even contacting Apple support. And the solution was that I simply have to QUIT the app and start it again to force it to load my album art images - leaving it in background causes the images not to be loaded. Just an example how useful a dedicated forum would be.
