Not Now Music - Label

I see the record label "Not Now Music" popping up more often in the record stores. The cd's are really cheap. All around 5 euros even for double and triple cd's. I am wondering what your experiences are with this label.

We all know the labels like verve, blue note, chesky, turtle and these labels stand for good quality...

Does anyone know why this label can be so cheap... is this

a. inferior mastering
b. inferior pressing
c. no copy rights but good quality
d. ?
