internet radio options

i listen to internet radio most of the time nowerdays.
i have a sb touch, the question is, would using an ndx or something similar improve the sound?
internet radio on my custom built DAW computer sounds just as good!
not interested in this network nas stuff, too many problems.
any ideas etc.? thanks wja

Hi WJA,
I've got a Touch as well. With an Naim Dac I noticed a considerable improvement in the quality of the sound of internet radio (besides all other improvements the nDac brings). Even the less quality internet stations are worth listening now.

Uniti has excellent iRadio renderer buil in. Some iRadio stations sound so seriously good that to my ears they better Uniti's built in CD. I now listen to Uniti iRadio 99.9% of time.

so far my conclusion is that if you conect sb, sonos, qute etc. to ndac they should all have similar sq using internet radio, due to the lq of the source! please shoot my conclusion down in flames, if you can!
