Issues with seeing UPnP service from Readnas Duo (Uniti)

I have a ReadyNas Duo with a Naim Uniti. At first the UPNP discovery would not pick anything up. I gave the Uniti a static IP address and that fixed it. However, over the weekend I had to power the Uniti off and upon restarted no matter what I do it cannot pickup a network device i.e. the ReadyNas duo.

Is anybody using a Readynas with Uniti - any tips welcome !

Fix the IP of the ready nas, then reboot it.

Tonight - it has found it no problem - how strange !

The nas has to 'scrape' all data from your rips and populate a database that is broadcast out as upnp. It will do this periodically, perhaps in that time the uniti cannot access the nas?
