NStream Alarm Feature

Hi all,

I use a unitiqute wired to ceiling speakers in the bedroom.

It is also used as a alarm clock in the mornings. However,It will only play for 30. Mins prior to muting. If a button (any button) is pressed on the remote prior to muting it will then play until silenced.

i have looked but cannot see any obvious way to lengthen the alarm period - am I missing something or is the alarm function fixed to 30mins?

I just had a play with my SuperUniti and there doesn't seem to be any option to adjust the alarm duration, which seems surprising. You'll just have to get up before the music stops! Think of it as an alternative musical cushions.

Thank HH, guess I'll just have to cut my dozing period down! Seriously though this does seem like an omission. I wonder if it will be addressed in the new version of N-stream?

Have checked with Phil Harris at Naim - he says there is no way to extend to the alarm period and to cancel the alarm then re-select the source again.
