UnitiServe Blinking

Came home from being gone 4 days and mu US is blinking. Cannot get it to stop. Any advice?

Have you switched it off and tried restarting? If the blinking remains, it's time to call your dealer.
...and get the dealer to try it with a different power supply before he sends it to Salisbury. I'm on my third.

do you mean the power cable or something in the Unitiserve box that has been failing?
The US box is not blinking. WHen I press the lighted (blinking) Naim logo, it will not power off. I have shut it off and restarted with the same results. I will contact my dealer. Thanks.

Tim...I had exactly the same thing happen to my UnitServe SSD. It had to go back to Salisbury, which resulted in a new power supply, a new front panel logo and several other components. Two weeks after I got it back, it broke again. In the end I sold it!
Let Phil Harris (Technical Support Manager) remotely access the UnitiServe via your computer. Phil is very helpful, and very knowledgable. If it's software related, Phil may be able to sort it.

If the box itself were blinking, and not just the logo, something really odd would be going on!
