re scan for DAB following app update

Hi - 9 month old Unitilite, working perfectly, very happy with it. Updated to new iPad app, & after some angst, have managed to get it working for all but the DAB function. Only problem is, have lost DAB stations that were working fine until last week. On re scan DAB, it gets to 83% with around 60 stations detected, then crashes back to around 10 local stations. Aerial is fine - FM unaffected, & the other functions are working fine. Firmware is up to date, & AFAIK, not really a function of the new app - does exactly the same every time, at the same point of the re scan. Have looked at the forum, but none of the solutions seem to work as yet. Any thoughts??

I had this exact problem - a rescan would get to 80% or thereabouts with my Uniti2 having found 70 odd stations and then crash out to retain a list of just four. I solved it by doing a full factory reset which isn't exactly an ideal solution as I had to set everything up again the way I like it but now I do at least have a full cohort of DAB stations.

Wow - impressed with response time - on my first post....Many thanks for this - it does seem a bit drastic, but if all else fails, worth knowing that it can be remedied.

Pleasure - lucky timing I think (and to be honest I've had so few issues with my Uniti2 that I'm not normally qualified to respond!)

Anyway, hopefully you'll be back up and running after a reset. I was tempted into rescanning by the button in the new app which is when I found the issue. It meant that my presets all stopped working, even though they still appeared in the presets list. Irritating to have to spend 20 minutes faffing in the menus but all sorted now.

gm268 - worked a treat. As you said, a pain to have to do this, but at least I'm up & running again.....
