Old German pocket watch

Posted by: BigH47 on 03 October 2014

My son's girlfriend has found a KM Stowa pocket watch, in her late fathers property, her grandfather probably "liberated" it during WW2. It has the Swastika and eagle above the serial number.

An interesting item I think, she has asked a question about the glow in the dark face, does any one know how it is achieved and is there any danger from it , as she assumes it is radioactive.

Great find H. Here's  a link that might shed some light on it. Sorry for the pun.
