Nstream volume

Im trying to get the nstream app to control the volume on my 252 preamp. Ive connected my 252 rc5 in socket to the remote out 1 socket on my ndx, using the left channel rca plug on the rc5 socket. Im not even getting the volume controls showing in the app. The app is the latest update and being used on an ipad running ios8. The streamer software is the latest 3.22.

Can anyone help as im not sure what to do next?

Turn on system automation in the streamer's menu and it will then work.

Hi Thanks for reply i think i have done this but still no joy perhaps you could let me know the correct procedure sorry i like music but not brill in technical issues thanks again tom

Check carefully that SQ is not affected adversely with use of system automation.

Some notice no difference in presentation but, to me, a dip in performance is quite evident.

hi taw had the same problem do as hungry said.... go into system automationenable per amp then the ndx and it appears on the app happy days
