Are you using the new Naim app or the older n-stream app (as your post suggests). I had a similar issue when using n-stream, but it didn't bother me too much so I never did look into why this was the case.
The cover resolution I now get using the new Naim app is significantly better by default. I haven't had to do anything to achieve this so I'm afraid I don't know why this should be the case.
I stream using an ND5 XS.
I am using the new Naim app.
Dan from Bliss has told me that it is LMS SqueezeBox which has a problem but do not know what is.Is there anyone who uses Logitech and do not have the problems?
I have been using LMS for my music for several years and have noticed artwork resolution is quite poor. I am just trying out Media Server which is the upnp installed on my Synology NAS (mainly to trial transcoding my FLAC files to WAV) and all artwork is presented in a nice crisp resolution. So I guess it's a failing of LMS!
I am trying MinimServer and all the artwork are in high quality there.
Since the update from N-Stream to the new app, the resolution on the album artwork is terrible. On the old app it was sharp as a razor. I thought this was simply a bug on the new app. When I click on the little book, Rovi displays it nice and clear. My downloaded 24bit Hi-Res files artwork, is also terrible.

+1
Surely a fix in the next iteration?
