n-Serve App for ipad.

Posted by: PeterX on 29 October 2014

I am about to replace my ageing iPad and will wish to download the n-Serve app on my new one. (I have an HDX). However, although the Naim web site provides a detailed description, with pictures, of the n-Serve app for iPad the attached download link to the Apple App store shows a completely different App. This one is just called Naim and screen shots show the Muso etc so this one is for streamers. (There are further links to an n-Serve but this is for an iMac which I already have downloaded).

So what is happening, where is the n-Serve app for iPad?

It's freely available in the app store. I use it to control my UnitiServe.

Thanks for that. Didn't look in the right place!

I notice last update is version 2.7, October 2013 providing updates for iOS 2.7. Is it fully compatible with iOS 2.8?

Thanks Peter

I'm using the latest ios on the iPad (8.1?) and the nServe from the app store works fine. Stop worrying!

Thanks - just what I wanted to hear.

Correct, just replaced my iPad 2 with an iPad Air 2 and on both iPads, the n-Serve app which I've downloaded from the App store works fine.

Sometimes, matters are not that complicated
