Returning a PC

I bought a mini-tower PC from Currys/PC World today, specifically to use with a satellite tuner PCI card.  When I got it home I discovered that the motherboard didn't have any PCI slots (even though the chassis was punched for them).  What are my rights about returning the PC for a refund?

Speak to the dealer. Explain why you want to return. Did you explain to the sales person why you were buying the machine?

In the US, we have the right to return it within 14 business days, no question asked, and no reason given
