Has anyone else had a problem with their system randomly muting them turning itself back on again, mine can mute every 30 seconds perhaps 4 times and then play a whole album. Same with the radio. If I mute it to take a phone call , it turns itself back on. If I turn it off , it turns itself back on again. Have had the system about 2 weeks and want to send it back. Suggestions please.

It sound like an SU RC problem that needs to be investigated, it might be the remote control, might be the SU. Have you called your dealer to get it arranged?

My SU has never done anything like that. Sounds like a fault to me, are you using the remote or the app to control it?

Using the remote. Have contacted the installer who's customer service is non existent hence my joining this forum !
