System Pics 2015

Posted by: hungryhalibut on 21 December 2014

It's the 21st of December, so it's time for the new System Pics thread.

The SuperUniti and UnitiServe are the same as last year, but the Hutter rack and PMC twenty.23s are new.

It's an Airport Express, which I use to connect the iPad to the hifi's dedicated network, and to stream to the Internet radio in the kitchen.

I really like the Hutter rack, Nigel.  Much more elegant than the Quadraspire Evo and a better match for your speakers.

Merry Christmas!

I'll post when some daylight comes into my living room again.

Nice looking setup HH. Love the look of the PMCs. Why did you swap the Quadraspire for the Hutter?

It sounds a lot better, is beautifully made, looks better, and I fancied a change.

Stunning Chris. Derek should use you room for a photo shoot for the Titans- they just look perfect in your environment. Kudos to you!

Great systems chaps! Chris, that's a stunning view you've got, it even takes the eyes away from your system.

Dear George, it it entirely wise to place a pool of hot wax in such close proximity to your '100?

My system, looking much as it did last year ('cept for the headphone controller) :-

Posted on: 22 December 2014 by hungryhalibut

Now that is what I call a Naim system - none of this one-box nonsense.

Out if interest is that tv screen 2 metres long or is it just the angle?

...is that an Axess on its side there Tony?

Correct Phil, well spotted!

The telly looks funny 'cos I used a wide-angle lens ( you'll notice the SuperCap's a bit too wide as well).

Some great looking rooms & systems folks, especially Chris Bell's, just a shame we can't view the pictures any larger then they display in the thread.

That did work, until the pop-up ad obscured three-fourths of the new full window.

James, I was pondering your beautiful living room one day and I have always loved your fireplace piece and suddenly realized that looks like the "Focal" insignia - you used to own Focal speakers I think ?  Perhaps I am totally wrong, regardless, always thought it unique and your room beautiful.
